WriteSteps Named District Administration Readers’ Choice Top Product
We’re honored to have been chosen as one of District Administration’s Readers’ Choice Top Products of 2015! Winners were selected from over 2,000 nominations that were submitted by K-12 leaders detailing the products’ positive impact on their schools and districts.

The District Administration’s Readers’ Choice Top Products awards program informs superintendents and other senior school district leaders about products their colleagues around the country are using to help their districts excel.

“It was inspiring to learn about the products being used in today’s schools and classrooms that are helping districts succeed,” says JD Solomon, District Administration’s editorial director. “All of our 2015 honorees should be very proud of this achievement.”

A huge thank you goes out to all of you who took the time to nominate us!

Kathleen Schutter Joins WriteSteps!
WriteSteps welcomes Kathleen Schutter to the team! Kathleen has been working in educational publishing and sales since 1989. Before that, she was an elementary school teacher. She now represents WriteSteps as an Awareness Ambassador in Kentucky.

“I’m looking forward to helping grow WriteSteps’ footprint,” says Kathleen. “It is an honor to be part of this small but mighty organization. The mission of providing tools to empower teachers to become better writing instructors resonates with me.”

Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys spending time at family and sporting events. She is also “mom” to six fur-babies (a Boxer, Golden Retriever, two Chihuahuas, and two Birman cats) that fill her heart with joy. She tries to make as much time as she can for reading, cooking, “Candy Crushing,” and following men’s college basketball and all of Detroit’s professional sports teams.

Sending warm wishes for peace and happiness to all of our Inspired Writer readers this holiday season!
